two others in this series that will be ready soon.
*** these are quick snapshots (yes, the dreaded camera-phone) and the works look MUCH better in person - color, texture, etc.
Many of you have asked if I have a website showing my recent mixed media works. For the time being I don't - but adding a quick photo posting of available works to this blog should be the next best thing. This is a selection of what's available but remember I have many more small and affordable pieces that aren't shown. Please feel free to email me for prices, dimensions or to arrange to see the piece in person. Or stop by one of my upcoming shows between now and Christmas.

Inspiration found in everyday NYC. Streets, signs, objects, decay, beauty, design. These are a few photos taken over the past weekend on the lower East Side. Out of the many I took, I've edited them down to 22 images. I'll further abstract them to create a new collage/painting series inspired by NYC to be ready by the fall.
** This show is one of my personal favorites so please come if you're in Lewes, Rehoboth Beach or Dewey Beach over the 4th of July. Here is more info:
Hosted in charming, coastal Lewes, Delaware (“The First Town in the First State”) St. Peter's Art Show has been a summertime highlight at the Delaware beaches since 1966. Wonderful paintings and photographs, exquisite jewelry, masterful carvings, beautiful ceramics and mixed media creations and much more can be found the in the exhibitors’ booths that surround St. Peter’s Square. The artists and craftspeople also donate works to the show’s raffle and silent auction in order to raise even more funds for deserving charities!

I've salvaged decorative wood substrate backings from old houses in Lewes and Washington - - and even from the old interior of Eastern Market on Capitol Hill. More info on the show can be found here:
